My mom and dad had lived with me for 10 years when suddenly my mom took a fall that left me unable to care for her. My dad had Alzheimer’s but was physically able to care for himself with guidance. A year earlier I had met Troy Williams of Oasis Senior Advisors and through his guidance and support I chose Cypress Assisted Living for my parents. Neither of them wanted to leave “our” home, but my mom required lots of help because she had no use of her legs and neither of my parents could remember that she couldn’t walk. I was not an easy client as my expectations were extremely high. The executive team was very patient with me and loving of my parents. The staff was kind and patient, they laughed with my parents…my mom was happier at CAL than I believe she was at home. She didn’t realize how much she missed the social aspect of life. We had as good an experience as possible with our move. My parents became my children and it was very hard for me to let go, in time I did. I let the CAL staff do what they were trained to do…care for my parents, and they did. They loved them in every way that they could. Thank you, Nelly, for a professional and loving environment. This morning, I had the pleasure of visiting Cypress Senior Living on West Road, and I must say it’s a truly impressive facility. The location is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and has a welcoming, calm charm—perfect for senior residents.

The management team was professional and friendly, ensuring a safe environment not only for residents but also for staff and visiting vendors. I appreciated the extra touches—like the mobile van service available on-site to assist with any immediate needs.

Parking is convenient and spacious, and the entrance is cozy, compact, and designed to make visitors and residents feel right at home. One unique feature I loved was the sunlit central courtyard—an ideal space for residents to relax and enjoy natural sunlight throughout the day.

They also offer helpful support for things like document processing, which shows their commitment to both comfort and practicality. Overall, a very pleasant and thoughtful facility—I truly enjoyed my visit. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

I volunteer at Cypress Assisted Living. Betty and her team are kind caring and so friendly towards the residents. The residents seem well taken care of and what is most noticeable to me is how Betty and her team know alot about the residents--birthdays, were they are from, who their family members are. The truly seem to take a personal interest in each resident.

Some of the nicest staff and residents I’ve ever met! Place was incredibly welcoming, the staff was very patient and attentive, and there were many planned events to keep the residents entertained.

My friend and I volunteer at Cypress Assisted Living - CyFair. What sets this senior home apart from others is the staff. The caretakers are friendly and kind, and they engage with and care for the residents so well. Betty coordinates resident activities and she is always welcoming and joins in the singalong. It's a pleasure to visit Cypress Assisted Living.

As a hospice nurse for Capstone Hospice, I visit patients at many different facilities. Cypress Assisted Living is an excellent place! They truly care and do their very best to love on the residents and help them in every way. The staff is compassionate and friendly. They do a great job at notifying our hospice company with any concerns with our patients. The staff truly work together as a team to give excellent care! I'm thankful and honored to serve our Capstone Hospice patients with Cypress Assisted Living's help.

You will not find a more loving environment anywhere! The staff at Cypress Assisted Living are second to none. My mom is thriving in her new home. The sweet ladies help mom get dressed each morning, and mom does not return back to her room until bedtime. She is engaged socially all day, she's receiving cognitive stimulation, she has made new friends, and she is so happy. I can't tell you what that means to our family. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our most vulnerable population. May the Lord bless each of you for doing His work.

My Mother has cancer. If she had not been moved to Cypress Assisted Living the weekend of Easter, she would never have survived in the rehab where she was. Cypress Assisted Living is a very caring, loving place! Mother loves the people and care she receives. The facility is great keeping the family informed of what is going on. The few times Mother has had a bad day when I visited, the caregivers comforted me which never happened in her hospital and her rehab.
My husband spent 2 months in 2 different rehabs last year. i wish we had known about Cypress Assisted Living because both facilities the caregivers were anything but caregivers!

Nelly is quick to step up to the plate when something goes amiss. She is willing to see that your concerns are addressed with the staff. Move in was easy as the staff got everything out of the car. I’m glad we moved my friend there.2aides for 3 or 4 people. You don’t get that in other memory care units.

I’ve gotten to know Nellie over the last year, and we’ve been able to assist with a number of residents in her communities needing hospice. I recently had a family needing to find a place for their mother, they trusted my suggestion to move her to Cypress Assisted Living and I’ve since received several messages from the family sharing how happy their mother is in her new home!

Actually my mom just arrived there yesterday so I really don’t have any comments just yet. The caregivers during the day are very nice and very helpful. Nelly and her husband were very helpful getting started with the process of all the paperwork and how the home is operated. I hope my mom will like living there soon. I also hope she gets really good care there and they watch over her so I don’t have to worry about her. I just want her to feel comfortable there and not scared.

This is a wonderfully run and very comfortable home for the elderly! The care and attention given to our two parents were as if they were in tier own home! “Ms. Nellie and all the staff cared for our dad like he was their own family. Ms. Nellie was so accommodating and worked with our father's doctors and was always a part of his team. Unfortunately, our father's battle with Congestive Heart Failure was unable to be defeated. But every minute our dad was in Ms. Nellie's care until his final breath, he was loved and cared for like a family member.
